the instructions for the Sassi Bus were vague, leaving me baffled while lugging my oversized suitcase. and the room was so small and cramped, it felt like a shoebox. I almost wrote a glowing review, but considering I didn't even receive a complimentary upgrade, I just couldn't. quite disappointing, really.

The cave room we stayed in was spacious and offered an incredible experience after our hikes. My daughter loved exploring the beautiful surroundings. The staff went above and beyond to reserve amazing dinners for us, making our stay unforgettable.

My children wished for a bit more variety in the breakfast options.

Couple looking for unique experience

When we arrived, staff greeted us with a welcome glass of wine and even had a loaf of local bread waiting in the room. The breakfast was just over the top, I mean, you can’t go wrong with fresh local delicacies and a wide variety to choose from.

It was a bit on the pricey side, but honestly, given what we got, it was acceptable.
